The Situation
Our client wanted an air and water quality ‘checker’ as an integral part of the website. This is the first feature visitors see. Given the context, the visitor is enticed to use the tool. Data from the area is then accessed and shown to the user with the option to access a full and up to date report after providing their email information.
This is an excellent inbound and lead generation feature as it entices and stimulates interaction with the visitor, provides information relevant to them, and emphasises the value of Aqua Perfectas products.
Problem
Aqua Perfecta needed a way to engage new visitors immediately upon arrival to their website, while also generating leads. The challenge was to create a tool that would capture visitor interest, provide them with valuable, personalised information, and seamlessly guide them towards considering Aqua Perfecta’s air and water purification products.
Solution
To address this need, Aqua Perfecta implemented a prominently featured air and water quality ‘checker’ as the first point of interaction on the website. This tool invites visitors to input their location, after which it retrieves and displays local air and water quality data. To access a comprehensive, up-to-date report, visitors are prompted to provide their email address, seamlessly integrating lead generation with valuable content delivery.
Results
The introduction of the ‘checker’ tool proved highly effective, significantly increasing user engagement. Visitors were drawn in by the personalised data, with 82% interacting with the tool within the first three months. The tool also served as a powerful lead generation feature, with 34% of users opting to provide their email information for detailed reports, driving new customer acquisition and emphasising the importance and relevance of Aqua Perfecta’s products.
