Playtech is the world’s largest online gaming software supplier traded on the London Stock Exchange Main Market, offering cutting-edge, value-added solutions to the industry’s leading operators. Since Playtech’s inception in 1999, its approach has been centred on the continual development of best-of-breed gaming products and content.
As part of its continuous development, Playtech decided its previous site needed a complete overall of all aesthetics and an increase in performance. After consultation with Juicy Media, an agreement was struck and the project was taken on in late 2016. Juicy’s own in-house design experts quickly sprang into action delivering high-quality designs to take to the client. Over the next few months designs where tweaked, altered and finalised so that the build could take place.
As this site was like no other the Juicy team decided that no standard framework would do and set about building the site in its own custom secure CMS, enabling them to adapt the site to suit the clients current and future needs. Although the odd bug appeared, Juicy was quick to find any subpar issues and rectify them quickly and efficiently, ensuring Playtech’s clients and site performance were not affected. As a result of hard work, slick organisation and great communication the new site has an improved UI/UX, an improved visual impact and increased performance across all platforms and devices allowing Playtech to extend it’s industry-leading services to more customers.
