developers

We require experienced freelance PHP/Linux developer’s to join our rapidly expanding team.

Working for a dynamic and fast-paced team, this role involves system maintenance and the development of websites for a wide range of UK clients; however opportunities exist for applicants with a second language as we are seeking to promote multilingual websites through such means as search engine optimisation. This is a great opportunity for practising developers who want that “next step” in order to further a career in professional programming.

required skills:

If you have excellent PHP skills and have 2 years’ experience with Linux servers, read on! Knowledge of AJAX would be particularly useful, however knowledge of networking, software analysis, business analysis, SEO adherence, (X)HTML, JavaScript, CSS, OOP, SQL, PHP and Linux experience is absolutely essential.

non-tech skills:

You must be capable of travel (either own a car or competent enough to use public transport) and be able to work from home. Access to certain systems may require a static IP address although this is not essential.

designers

You’ll be part of the freelance technical talent embedded within our organisation and you’ll be responsible for the design and development of Web Content Development on highly visible public projects. The issues include the design and construction of Web Front Ends to enable some very rich and impressive applications. We require very strong technical prowess in UI development (including huge skills in Flash) and also a strong design/graphics background. You are both the genesis of latest/leading-edge ideas, and the hands-on builder.

We are seeking:

• Academic background inclusive of both Graphics/Arts & Technical/Programming
• Several years of ground-up design & development of large scale Web front ends
• Very deep experience in Flash
• Experience in HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Broad Web Development Experience
• Achievements in Large Scale/Commercial Web Development
• Absolutely impressive Interpersonal/User-Client Facing Skills
