From past experience the concept of project management really comes down to one important point - projects go well when people talk to each other, discuss issues openly, and communicate clearly.

As part of our standard business processes we utilise a project management software package called “Basecamp”. All correspondence and documentation is stored in this central repository which allows all parties secure access to their relevant information.

For every project we aim to identify each milestone and task within the project, agree timescales and resulting project cost, and ultimately communicate this through our online project collaboration application and through regular meeting reviews over the phone or in person.

The project timelines and milestones are attached to Basecamp, allowing for completion monitoring, sending notifications, and reminders to be setup remotely. From experience we find this stream-lines the project and allows for key elements to be signed-off efficiently. This system also has mobile integration, so you can keep up to date on the move, if required.
