juicy at alton towers

On a rainy day in October, 8 thrill seekers for Team Juicy ventured out into the great unknown in the county of Staffordshire. This young team battled the elements at Alton Towers. Nemesis, Oblivion and Air were no match for the guys that battle the internet every day in the Juicy Media office, but just when the team believed they have won the battle for Middle Earth they stumbled across the Log Flume…. The team laughed and joked as they entered the small boats in Alton Harbour, but little did they know that they would soon be screaming to get off when then entered the unknown, who knew that Ducks were so scary, after being dropped down three large hills, sometimes in the dark and then being showered on by a mischievous duck we exiting with dampened (drowned) spirits Soaked through to the skin the troops entered the deathly pirate boats, which when armed with 4 Juicy members in the fortress with gun is a recipe for a rather wet ride. Let the water fight begin. Jon, Pete, Mic and MD were tricked onto the boats first, not knowing what they would face, the team of Claire, Adam, Jordan and Ian loaded their guns and took aim on the unsuspecting team. As both clans faced off who knew which team would win. In the end, after both teams being soaked through to the skin, cold and wet we decided on a draw.

After a great day in the park we headed home only to be stuck on the M6 for the next 4 hours. A wet, tired and cold team finally arrived home and slept seamlessly after a hard fought battle.
