Juicy Media provide an online review forum that will allow all users and contributors to read and comment, post questions or answers, and generally make all members aware of any issues relevant to a project. It is strongly recommended that the forum is the primary means of communication. The major benefit is that it can be accessed from any internet location at any time. The forum will be secure and will be accessed only by designated members via a password access control system (this is separate from the projects own access control system).

The online project management system (www.juicyprojects.co.uk) uses an Open-Source web application known as NetOffice. This is capable of providing centralised management of all aspects of the project, from discussions to individual task management. This centralised management interface allows remote members of the team with a unique communications medium that is independent from that of the actual project website.
